Pcap Analyser privacy

Effective date: October 25, 2026. VIETNAM WEALTH TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, operating under the IFI Studio brand, provides PCAP Analyser. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, visit this website, or contact support.

Capture processing and local storage

Pcap Analyser has no account system or sign-in. The app decodes packet captures on your device and does not upload capture files, packet contents, reconstructed streams, or analysis results to IFI Studio or supply them to AdMob.

When you import a capture, the app copies it into its documents storage and records its filename, size, import time, and analysis metadata in a local SQLite database. It also stores local index caches and display preferences. No first-party analytics or first-party crash-reporting service is integrated.

Advertising and third-party data

The app shows interstitial ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Advertising involves network requests and data processing by Google. Depending on the platform, permissions, and ad configuration, this includes IP addresses and IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers (including the advertising identifier where permitted), ad and product interactions, advertising data, and crash, performance, and other diagnostic data. These are used for advertising, measurement and analytics, and service operation and protection. This app must not be understood as collecting no data simply because capture analysis is local.

Google handles advertising data under Google's privacy policy. See also Google's AdMob privacy information. Available choices depend on your platform, region, and the ad service. Device settings may limit advertising identifiers or personalization; they do not prevent all advertising-related data processing.

Support you request

If you email support@ifistudio.com, IFI Studio receives your email address, message, and any device details or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request and investigate the issue. Our email provider processes those communications to deliver and store them. Send only sanitized examples you are authorized to share; do not send passwords, session tokens, or captures containing personal or confidential data.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Imported captures remain in the app until you remove them from its library or remove the app's stored data. Removing a library entry deletes the app's imported copy, local library entry, and index cache. Your original file, copies you shared, device or cloud backups, and files held by other apps are separate and are not deleted by that action. Operating-system backup, restore, file-sharing, and app-offloading behavior may preserve copies; manage those through your device or storage provider.

There is no app account to delete. For support correspondence, we retain information as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You can email support@ifistudio.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us; applicable rights and retention obligations may affect the response. Google's advertising-data retention and deletion are governed by its policies, rather than deletion from this app's library.

This website

These pages load resources from the website host and Google Fonts, whose servers receive connection information such as your IP address when those resources are requested. The website source contains no analytics scripts and its interactive demo uses sample data rather than uploading your captures.

Children

The app is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information through support.
