Pcap Analyser terms

Effective date: October 22, 2026. These terms apply to the Pcap Analyser mobile app by IFI Studio.

Using Pcap Analyser

Pcap Analyser is a network-analysis tool that decodes packet capture files (.pcap and .pcapng) on your device. Use it lawfully: only inspect captures and network traffic you own or are authorized to examine. You are responsible for complying with applicable interception, privacy, and computer-use laws in your jurisdiction.

Decoded output

Decoded views, stream reconstructions, and statistics are provided to assist analysis. Protocol coverage varies, and some compressed or schema-dependent fields may remain undecoded. Verify results against the original capture before relying on them; the app is not a substitute for professional security or forensic review.

Paid features

Some features may require a purchase or subscription. Prices and benefits are shown in the app and in the app store before purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the rules of the App Store or Google Play and applicable law. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Your captures and privacy

Your capture files remain on your device and are not transmitted to IFI Studio. The app has no account system and collects no personal data, so no data- or account-deletion request is required. You retain all rights to your files.
